Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What You Are Buying
You are buying an independent visa appointment alert monitoring service. We monitor supported appointment routes and send alerts when matching availability is detected. We do not sell appointments, reserve appointments, submit visa applications, make visa decisions, or guarantee that you will secure an appointment.
Our fee covers MyVisaPing monitoring and alerting only. Official visa fees, provider fees, travel costs, document costs, and any other third-party costs are not included and are not refundable by MyVisaPing.
2. Immediate Service Start
When you complete checkout, you ask us to begin the service immediately. Work may include account setup, route configuration, preference processing, monitoring preparation, support review, technical resources, and alert channel setup.
Because the service starts immediately, you acknowledge during checkout that your cancellation rights may be affected once we begin providing the service.
3. General Refund Position
Once service setup, monitoring, support work, or alert delivery has begun, payments are normally non-refundable. This applies even if:
- no suitable appointment becomes available during your monitoring period;
- a detected slot is gone before you act on the alert;
- you miss, ignore, or cannot receive an alert;
- you enter incorrect route, contact, appointment, or applicant details;
- you change your travel plans or no longer need the appointment;
- the official provider changes its process, availability, rules, website, or fees;
- your visa application is refused, delayed, withdrawn, or no longer needed.
4. When Refunds May Be Considered
We may consider a refund in limited circumstances, including:
- Duplicate payment: you were charged twice for the same order;
- Immediate cancellation before work starts: you contact us very quickly and no setup, support work, monitoring, or alerting has begun;
- Technical failure by us: we are completely unable to provide the paid service due to a fault within our control;
- Wrong charge or clear billing error: the amount charged does not match the checkout confirmation.
Each request is reviewed on its facts. Approval of one refund does not mean other orders will be refunded.
5. Service Delivery
The service may be considered delivered when we provide monitoring for the paid period, or when we send an alert for detected availability that appears to match your preferences. We are not responsible for whether you successfully book after an alert.
Appointment systems can change quickly. A slot may be taken, withdrawn, restricted, or unavailable by the time you visit the official provider website.
6. No Guarantee Refunds
MyVisaPing does not offer a refund simply because an appointment was not found, an earlier appointment was not found, a visa was not approved, or a provider website did not behave as expected. We cannot control official appointment supply, provider systems, embassy rules, consulate decisions, or visa outcomes.
7. Chargebacks And Payment Disputes
If you have a concern, contact us first at [email protected]. We keep records of checkout consent, order details, route preferences, service setup, alerts, support messages, and payment events.
If you raise a chargeback without contacting us, we may contest it with evidence of the order and service. We will not contest legitimate fraud, duplicate charge, or clear billing error claims where the evidence supports them.
8. How To Request A Refund
Email [email protected] with:
- your order number;
- the email and phone number used at checkout;
- the route you purchased;
- a clear explanation of why you believe a refund is due.
We aim to respond within 2 working days, although complex payment or technical checks may take longer.
9. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls how long it takes to appear. We may deduct any amount we are legally entitled to keep for service already supplied, payment processing, or other reasonable costs, unless the refund is due to our error.
10. Changes To This Policy
The refund policy in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. We may update this policy for future purchases by posting a new version on this page.
