We are independent and are not affiliated with VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS International, any embassy, consulate, government, or visa application centre.

2. Personal Data We Collect

We collect only the data we reasonably need to provide and protect the service.

2.1 Account And Contact Data

  • phone number;
  • password hash if you create a dashboard password;
  • support messages and service communications.

2.2 Visa Alert Preference Data

  • application market and application city;
  • destination country;
  • provider and visa category;
  • applicant count;
  • passport country or nationality;
  • provider login email, if you choose to provide it;
  • provider reference, application reference, or appointment reference, if applicable;
  • whether you already have an appointment;
  • current appointment date and time, if provided;
  • earliest and latest acceptable appointment dates;
  • weekday preferences and notes you add;
  • alert channel preferences, such as SMS, email or Telegram.

2.3 Payment And Order Data

  • order number, amount, currency and payment status;
  • Stripe checkout session and payment identifiers;
  • receipt and transaction metadata;
  • refund, dispute and support records where applicable.

We do not store full card numbers. Card payments are handled by Stripe or another payment processor shown at checkout.

2.4 Website And Security Data

  • IP address, browser, device and request data;
  • session cookies and login state;
  • server logs and security events;
  • analytics data, if analytics tools are enabled.

3. Data We Do Not Ask For In The Standard Flow

The standard alert-only checkout does not ask for your official provider password. Do not send us passwords, one-time passcodes, full payment card details, or unnecessary identity documents through ordinary support channels.
